Depending on the case, I offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. For hourly work, I keep detailed logs of the time I spend on your case. I only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Invoices will include costs for copies, filing fees, etc. A retainer must be paid upfront all matters.
